Why is everything out of stock?
Our website gets restocked every 2 weeks. On a Wednesday. Stock can last anywhere from an hour to 8 hours, it just depends how busy it is. We always recommend being on the website on the restock day. This will guarantee you to get some baked goods.
Is there a minimum order amount?
The minimum order amount is £10 not including p&p at checkout.
How much is everything?
Each slice ranges from £3.25-£6.00 Shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 24 from £5,50.- £9.00
When will my order be shipped?
All orders get baked after you order and are shipped in 3 - 4 working days.
How long do items last?
We give our slices a 7/10 days shelf life from the dispatch date. All our items can be frozen too.
Why haven’t I had confirmation for my order?
Check your Emails inbox / junk folder… if it’s not there, you may have not actually left an email address to receive one. But if the money has left your bank account, then we have your order. Confirmation emails are sent automatically once the order is placed, if you haven’t received it, please contact us so we can send it manually. Once received please check if all information is correct (shipping house number / postcode) if we haven’t been made aware of any incorrect information before the parcel leaves us,
we can not be held responsible for a failed delivery.
Is there a deposit for Bespoke Cakes?
Yes, We ask that you pay a 50% deposit of the total price when an order of a bespoke cake has been arranged and the rest is to be paid 3 days before the delivery day. Delivery cost will be added to the final bill.
Please note if the delivery address is outside of Medway Kent an additional cost will be added per mile.

Refund Policy
As our products are food and cannot be resold once they've been shipped from us, we do not refund orders. We will send replacements, For example, if there’s been a major delay. on our side. Slight damage won't be acceptable. If you simply do not like a flavour or our items, this does not constitute a refund as taste is subjective to each individual. Any issues with incorrect addresses does not constitute a refund or replacement of items. For replacements to be sent out we must get the original parcel returned to us.
Cancellation Policy:
If you have placed a postal order with us and wish to cancel / change address, this must be done within 24 hours of placing your order, we can not cancel orders after this time due to the items being baked to order perishable. To cancel or amend your order, you must email
orders@juliessweettreatsbakery.com please state ‘cancel order or amend order’ in the email title so we can try and pick it up as soon as possible.
Refunds can take 1-10 days to process.

Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions shall apply to the sale of goods by the seller to the buyer to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions except where the seller has agreed to such variations in writing. By ordering from Julie's sweet treats bakery you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and accept that these may be modified or amended and published within this website.
Payment and Deposit:
Wedding cake: We require a £50 non refundable deposit to confirm all orders of Bespoke Cakes. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to delivery date. All changes must be discussed and agreed before final payment is made (additional delivery charges may apply). Failure to complete payment may result in the order being cancelled.
Refunds and Cancellations: :
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Full payments made less than 2 weeks prior to delivery date are non-refundable. Full payments made more than 2 weeks prior to delivery date are subject to a cancellation fee of 10%. In the unlikely event we have to cancel your order then the full amount will be refunded to you.
Alterations: if you have any queries or need to make any changes to an order please contact us immediately.
We will endeavour to meet all requests where possible depending on the design and amount of notice given. Notice will be given of any changes to the agreed price and timetable.
Allergies and Dietary Requirements:
Please discuss any allergies or special dietary requirements with us before making Payment.
Delivery and Collection :
We cannot be held liable for any damages to cakes or products once delivered and a signature is obtained.
If the cake is collected from us, we cannot be held responsible for any damages to the cake once it has left the premises.
Deliver times cannot be guaranteed however we will always endeavour to deliver within the given time slot. Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries
Complaints:
Complaints are very rare and due to the amount of work put into each cake we take them very seriously. Any issues must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of collection or delivery to give a fair opportunity to assess the nature of the complaint.
Where the complaint is in regards to the quality of the cake, any remainder of the cake / tier must be returned to us as soon as possible after cutting and within 48 hours of collection / delivery to ensure that we are able to fairly assess the nature of the complaint.
Both parties agree to not post any negative information about the other arising out of this contract on any online forum or website without providing advance written notice of the intended content thereof, and providing the other party with prior opportunity to resolve any issues between the parties amicably.
General Terms :
All designs and intellectual property rights remain the property of Julie's Sweet treats bakery.
We reserve the right to use images of your cake for any advertising including web-based promotions, galleries, brochures and competitions. It
is advisable that you make a copy of all documentation received from Julie's sweet treats bakery for your own benefit.
Payment: Payment for goods can be made using most major credit or debit cards. Card details are not recorded or stored in our database.
Once we receive authorization from your payment service provider we will confirm your order.
Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 3-4 working days for dispatch from the day you place your order.
Please ensure all information is correct (Address / Email / Mobile Number)when ordering. Please check your email confirmation (this could be in spam / junk). If any information is incorrect we cannot be held responsible for any delays / failed deliveries caused by wrong information. If you use the Royal Mail tracking to re-route / divert / 'deliver to a safe place or neighbour' we cannot be held responsible if this causes a delay with delivery.
If any information is incorrect or you just need to change an address, this can be changed if it’s more than 24 hours till it is due to be dispatched. Please Email us at orders@juliessweettreatsbakery.com with the subject 'Address Change'. Please include your order number or the full name used when ordering, the current address on the order followed by the NEW full Address.
December delivery delays:
Any orders placed during the month of December (typically from Black Friday in November) please expect delays in delivery times.
