Hi I'm Julie

I began my home baking journey during Lockdown 2020. I never imagined how this passion would grow and shape my life. As a mum juggling family responsibilities, exploring the art of baking was both challenging and deeply rewarding. What started as a simple way to pass the time and ease my anxiety quickly evolved into a creative outlet that allowed me to express myself through flavours and designs.

Along the way, I discovered a love for sharing my journey with others. This led me to become a social media creator, where I’ve been able to connect with a wonderful community, share recipes, tips, and inspiration, and use baking as a way to bring people together.

Today, my journey continues with a new purpose combining my passion for food with a desire to give back. I’m currently pursuing my dream of building a food bank to support families in need, using everything I’ve learned along the way to make a meaningful difference.

My story is proof that even in the most uncertain times, new opportunities and passions can rise just like a perfect sponge cake.
